Every piece ships from our Melbourne studio via Australia Post. Tracked Parcel Post within Australia is free on orders $50.00 and over; the rates below cover tracked parcels everywhere else.

Each bracelet ships in its own 8.5 × 8.5 × 3 cm gift box. Online rates cover up to two jewellery pieces in protective packaging, with a packed weight up to 500 g. Larger or heavier orders need a confirmed quote. Contact client services.
Domestic orders use Parcel Post; international orders use International Standard. Both services include tracking, and your tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment your parcel is dispatched.
Rates follow the Australia Post retail parcel brackets effective 1 July 2026 — up to 250 g for a single gift box, 251–500 g for two — per order and in Australian dollars. Domestic Parcel Post is one price up to 500 g.
Ready-to-ship pieces leave our Melbourne studio within 48 hours of payment; made-to-order DIY bracelets within 72 hours.
