luckysoul.shop (the “Site”) is operated by LuckySoul (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Melbourne, Australia. These terms apply to all visitors and clients of the Site.

Each piece is strung with natural crystal beads. Colour, translucency, and internal patterning vary from stone to stone; such variation is a characteristic of natural material and not a defect.

Pieces are produced in small runs. Availability shown on a product page is indicative and an order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was materially incorrect at the time of your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment and made-to-order (DIY) pieces within 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our FAQs, and are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

Our change-of-mind policy for handmade pieces — one exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery — is set out in full on the Returns & Exchanges page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for faulty goods.

All content on the Site — including imagery, text, product names, and the LuckySoul marks — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Crystal descriptions on this Site refer to traditional and symbolic associations. They are offered for enjoyment and inspiration and are not medical, financial, or professional advice.
