About LuckySOUL
LuckySOUL, also written Lucky Soul, is a crystal jewellery studio in Melbourne, Australia. We compose natural crystal bracelets and vintage-inspired rings by hand in small batches, and we ship them Australia-wide and abroad as tracked parcels.
The name
One word or two, it is the same studio: LuckySOUL is how we write it, Lucky Soul is how most people say it. Our storefront is LuckySOUL.shop and our email addresses end in @LuckySOUL.shop.
What we make
Bracelets strung from natural stone: amethyst, tiger’s eye, moonstone, obsidian, rose quartz, clear quartz and green phantom, with hand-glazed ceramic and gold or silver accents. Adjustable rings in blackened silver and gold tones. A DIY designer that lets you string your own bracelet from the same beads, priced live and cut to your wrist.
Where we work
Our studio is at Level 4, 181 Toorak Road, South Yarra VIC 3141, Melbourne. Orders are packed here and dispatched within 48 hours of payment (72 hours for made-to-order DIY pieces), with tracking emailed the moment a parcel leaves.
How we sell
Every price is in Australian dollars. Domestic tracked shipping is free on orders of A$60 or more. Ready-to-ship pieces can be exchanged once, or turned into store credit, within 14 days of delivery for change of mind (unworn, in original packaging); made-to-order DIY pieces are excluded. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are never limited.
